Coronavirus Update

As you would be aware, there are alerts surrounding the potential spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

There is no reason for concern within the Ashtanga yogahome community at this stage but we will be taking the following pre-cautionary measures.

- Cleaning equipment straight after classes - Towels will no longer be supplied in bathroom. Please bring your own towels to use when hand washing. - Please wash hands before and after class - There will be additional disinfectant sprays around the stodio should you wish to wipe down equipment before and after use.

For those who experience any flu like symptoms, have traveled to affected areas or have been in contact with a confirmed case, please excuse yourself from classes and seek medical advice.
